A custom plan for your whole yard, designed around how your family actually uses it. You'll see it in 3D before anything gets built.
02 · Hardscapes
The places you'll actually spend your evenings. Every patio is built on a properly compacted base: the part you never see, and the reason a good patio stays level.
03 · Lawns
A soft, real lawn for the kids and the dog, watered by a system that puts water where it's needed and nowhere else.
04 · Water-wise
Yards that look full and colorful while using far less water. Native and drought-tolerant plants, drip irrigation, and rock or bark mulch, designed to look intentional, not like a gravel lot.

Questions
Yes, and most of our families do. We design the whole yard first, then build the essentials, like grading, sprinklers, and sod. The patio, trees, and beds can come next season or the one after. Because it all follows one plan, nothing has to be torn out later.
We build from March through November and design year-round. Winter is the best time to design, because spring build dates fill up fast.
Most backyards take two to four weeks to build once the design is done. Weather and material deliveries can shift that a little, and we'll keep you posted along the way.
Many newer Lehi and Saratoga Springs neighborhoods require it. We'll give you the plan drawings and plant list most HOAs ask for, so you can submit them before we start.
The $750 design fee is credited toward your build if you build with us. If you don't, the plan is still yours to keep and use.
Yes. We offer fall sprinkler blowouts for systems we install, so your lines don't freeze and crack over the winter.
We do. Most new homes come with a builder-installed front yard, and we can refresh it to match your new backyard.
